Make a Claim

If you’re involved in an accident – even if you don’t intend to make a claim – you should let your insurance provider know.

When you call please try to have the following information to hand:

  • Your policy documents
  • Crime Reference Number
  • Registration of any other vehicles
  • Details of other party
  • Details of any witnesses

Breakdown

If your policy includes breakdown cover, it will be provided by RAC. We want to ensure you have peace of mind in the event of an emergency, should your vehicle break down.
